They could have grown up in a family that preached high self esteem and were felt loved and appreciated.They could have had continuous positive results in all the endeavors that they have done.

What ever the reason, everyone can develop a high self value. It all starts with taking a realistic view of life.You have to stop taking yourself so seriously. All living things have an allotted time to live on this earth.

How you spend that life is up to you. Life is short, so why spend it in a negative way.

I realized that some people are born into difficult environments, but why not think positive and look for ways of getting out of that environment.
